Since joining WELLER FRIEDRICH, LLC, in 1976, and now with BROSSEAU BARTLETT LIEBERMAN, LLC, Mr. Brosseau has had a litigation practice national in scope, specializing in the management and trial of cases for a variety of clients in product liability, casualty, and commercial matters.  He has tried cases for clients throughout the United States.  He has served as regional and national counsel in litigation for automotive, chemical, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. He also has tried cases involving professional liability, environmental and toxic tort matters, and matters for petroleum industry clients.

Mr. Brosseau has written and presented extensively on topics related to his practice areas, lectured at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law.
